Qingdao Heppe Biotechnology, Ltd. is a joint venture of the co***nies Mingyue Chitosan Ltd. from Qingdao, China and Heppe GmbH Biotechnologische Systeme und Materialien from Germany. Since 2000 the joint venture produces Chitin, Chitosan and some derivatives with a German-Chinese technology for the Chinese market as well as special qualities for the export. The production capacity is more than 250 t/y. About 100 workers take care for an effective and environmental friendly manufacturing, controlled by a qualified laboratory personnel with modern equipment.
Because all products for the export follow the rules of the German quality management they are sold exclusively by the German co***ny Heppe GmbH to guarantee the customer a tailormade product and a stable product availability including the stable supply of suitable high quality raw material.
